This log lists all the changes to our client and map updates, which can be used to see when a bug is fixed or if a bug re-occurs when we last fixed it.

Version 3.32 Beta

This version is now deprecated and no longer supported

  • The auto-update process has been updated to allow you to select a different release channel (STABLE/EXPERIMENTAL) for each application UniFly delivers (v18 of the updater)
    • This has also allowed us to deliver v2.0.0 of UniFlyATC
  • Numerous bug fixes & improvements
  • Settings stored in registers have been categorised into new sub-keys
  • Backend API output data has been better categorised into new sub-keys

Version 3.26 Beta

This version is now deprecated and no longer supported

  • This fixes a bug with SimBrief when there is no flight plan found
  • When flying a hop, the status text now shows: HOP FOUND, when you have joined a hop, and HOP ACTIVE when you are flying the hop and we are tracking it.
  • Displaying a correct message when the simulator is not fully started.
  • Min Version is now THIS VERSION.

Version 3.22 Beta

This version is now deprecated and no longer supported

A couple of bug fixes in this update

  • UserID Simbrief Integration now works, this was not checking correctly before!
  • Landing Rates are still set to 0, as they are not calculating correctly, we are due to fix this soon!
  • Less Updates/Pings from UniFly's Central Database - Airport Info is saved in a file: %appdata%\UniFly\AirportData\
  • Those flights that are not marked as completed will not appear on UniFly's leaderboard, and will be automatically deleted after 24 hours.
  • You can report suspisious flights on the Crew Center by viewing any logbook!
  • Changed AutoConnect to only connect on Updates and when AutoConnect is enabled.
  • Add Hop Active status text to the client when flying a hop so you can see if a hop is being tracked!

This version is now deprecated and no longer supported

  • Simbrief Usernames are now no longer the only thing acceptable in the UniFly client. You can now use your simbrief userid, or username.

Version 3.20 Beta

This version is now deprecated and no longer supported

  • In this version we now record your landing rate into our database when you complete a flight, (as long as you have a flight plan listed)
  • Flight logs will now delete if you do not land at the airport in your flight plan!

  1. This update updates/fixes our Hop List system where there is some errors were showing when you land at the next location. We have also tested the force update script, and this worked without fail! - When we force a version you will automatically update and restart/re-connect your client!

  • Your Map Styles are saved as session data, so you can choose different styles without loss of flight data information.
  • Reset by clicking the LEFT arrow, (styles Menu) and clicking the Reset Map Link.

Version 3.17 Beta

This version is now deprecated and no longer supported

  • On The message from the API Saying: "Your client is too old and no longer supported. Visit our wiki at https://wiki.unifly.gg/ for more information" the client will now automatically update, and auto start the connection to the simulator/network when updated successfully.

Version 3.16 Beta

  • Added Simulator/Network Connection saves on updates/crashes of the client (You must now "Disconnect") from the client when you have finished.
